            BREAD NUTRI

Nutritious Nutri nuggets, which are pure proteins. Add them to your diet schedule atleast twice a week, may be as b'fast , a quick tiffin or an evening snack. Soya Proteins for your hair, skin and vitality..

                                      

 

 

You would need -:

Nutri(easily available packets at any grocery store) - 1 cup 

Onion (chopped) - 2

Tomato (chopped) - 3

Green Chilli (fresh and chopped) - 1

Fresh green corriander leaves ( for garnishing) - a few

Salt - 1 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp

Corriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp 

Green peas (optional) - 1/2 cup 

How to prepare-:

Soak the nutri in warm water for 5-7 min.  Drain water and squeeze nutri. 

In a pan, add oil, onions, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds. After the onions are little brown, add tomato and nutri.

Add salt, garam masala, corriander powder, green peas and around 1/2 litre water. Cover the lid for 10 minutes.

Now open the lid and allow all the water to dry up , garnish with fresh corriander leaves and your nutri nuggets are ready for grabs.

Serves 2 people. Serve hot along with tomato ketchup and bread.
