Hunger is something our dearest tummy's always curb and looks forward to something which can fulfill all needs keeping in mind our taste buds. This is what we (hubby and myself) was always on a lookout, something which offers satiety without being harsh on tummy or on adding the extra kilos.

For a person like me, standing long hours in kitchen, sweating it out while something is being cooked on a stove, causing and clearing up all the mess was a no no.
