    Hunger is something our dearest tummy's always curb and looks forward to something which can fulfill all needs keeping in mind our taste buds. This is what we (hubby and myself) was always on a lookout, something which offers satiety without being harsh on tummy or on adding the extra kilos.

It's aptly suited here ''Eater's pride, Watcher's envy'' 

We always thought, a sense of satisfaction and pleasure for the taste buds could only be achieved by an eat out, till the time we were much higher on the weighing scale as regards to the ideal weight and it was then that we started it all from our very own kithchnet after 3 years of outdoor indulgence. 

For a person like me, standing long hours in kitchen, sweating it out while something is being cooked on a stove, causing and clearing up all the mess was a no no.

So, here I am, presenting to all you adorable people, the dainty dishes which promises to  not only satisfy your hunger but enthrall your taste buds too and more importantly without much of carbs ; that is completely healthy and luscious.
