RED LENTIL CUTLET

 

 

1/2 Cup red lentil Soaked in hot water for 2 Hours. 2 Raw bananas boiled, peeled n mashed , 1 Boiled n mashed potato . Bread crumbs . Salt , red chillis . 2 Tsps of finely chopped ginger , garlic n green chillis . 1/4 Tsp jeera powder . Mix all the ingredients together n make small cutlets . Keep in the fridge for 1_2 Hours . Shallow fry in a pan . (i hv airfried them ) Serve with hung curd n salad
