     TANDOORI STUFFED PARONTHA

 

Tandoori parontha now at the convinience at your home. :)

No special tandoors, skills required, a simple cooker and your regular gas stove.

Apart from regular veggies and flour nothing much needed.

 

Lets start it here -

Keep ready:

Multi grain flour ( or you may mix 1 cup of white flour and 11/2 cups of gram flour/ besan)

Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup

Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup

Jeera seeds - 1 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Ajwain - 1 tsp

Potato (if you are not health consious) - 1 (boiled, peeled and mashed)

 

Preparation-

Mix all the ingredients and make dough.

Put the gas tandoor on gas to heat it. { special gas tandoor cooker available specially sourced from Punjab}

Make regular chappati style rotis from the dough. Place it on one hand, wet one side of that roti with water and place it inside for cooking. In 2 minutes, the rotis would turn out to be like these -   

Serve hot and with butter.

You will definitely make it a routine, its so yumm!
