A Traveller's Diary

It was a kiddies play date where one of the moms bought it, and i was much faster to try it and then get the recipe .. and here i am sharing it.

i loved it, though my lo, as usual refused to taste.

Make idli as you would , curd+suji+eno.

Nt getting into details of idli right now.

Cut the prepared idli's into 4 each

In a pan, take some oil, let finely chopped onions flutter. Add rye, curry laves chopped, salt to taste, fresh chopped coriander, sambhar masala powder a pinch and a pinch of amateur powder.

Mix all and its done!
