Mint/ Pudina Chutney as you like it.
This is the first time i made, it turned out to be finger lickin' good and would like to share with you all.
Keep ready -
Mint leaves(fresh) - 1 bunch (cut the lower end with long stems)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
onions - 2 (peeled and cut into 2 halves)
Mango Powder (amchoor) - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Green chilli fresh - 1 whole
Put all the ingredients along with some water (may be 1/2 a cup) just to wet the mixture and blend in mixie for 5-7 minutes till its a smooth paste.
Make awesome sandwiches with it or just eat as you like.:D
