Get rid of old boring pudina chutney for this chatty tomato chutney.

In a pan, take some oil, saute two onions, whole red chilli, garlic, hing. Then add three chopped tomato. Saute for 10 minutes. Put salt and chopped coriander. Let it cool and the grind. TADA!!!
