Simple recipe turnip or shalgam
500 gm turnip wash and chopped
3 chopped onion
4-5 garlic Clove crused
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of hing
How to make :
Take oil in a pan add oil jeera after crakel add pinch of hing garlic ,onion stir til little transulat now add red chill powder ,turmeric, turnip salt cook til tender.
Lot of people doesn't like particular vegitable.
